1. Overview
At 1sec Watch, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. We offer a simple, no-questions-asked refund policy. All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
2. 14-Day Refund Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No questions asked. This applies to all paid subscription plans.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply:
- Send an email to support@1sec.watch with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email address
Our team will process your refund request within 2 business days.
4. Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed by Paddle within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- You will continue to have access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
- Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of the billing period
