Refund Policy

1. Overview
At 1sec.watch, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy. All refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or the start of a new billing cycle. This applies to all paid subscription plans (Hobby and Pro).
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within the 14-day window. Refund requests made after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@1sec.watch with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
4. Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed by Paddle within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Dev plan (pay-as-you-go) usage: API calls and per-video charges that have already been processed are non-refundable
- Partial month usage: if you cancel mid-cycle after the 14-day window, you will not receive a prorated refund but will retain access until the end of the billing period
- Repeated refund requests: we reserve the right to decline refund requests from accounts that have previously received refunds, particularly if there is evidence of abuse
6. Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription is separate from requesting a refund. When you cancel your subscription:
- You will continue to have access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
- Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of the billing period
7. Disputes
If you have a billing dispute, please contact us at support@1sec.watch before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
