3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Paddle (paddle.com). Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions and handles tax compliance, invoicing, and payment processing on our behalf.

Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes as determined by Paddle based on your location. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Paddle to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or its outputs without our written consent
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond the provided API
• Circumvent any usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code or content through the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by 1sec.watch and protected by intellectual property laws. The AI-generated summaries are provided for your personal or internal business use.

Video content summarized by the Service remains the intellectual property of the respective content creators. Our summaries are transformative works intended to provide concise overviews and do not replace the original content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1sec.watch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

AI-generated summaries are provided "as is" and may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any summary and recommend verifying important information with the original source material.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it before requesting account deletion.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1sec.watch operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
